Review Time
The process was simple, I sent the details of my bike and got a valuation. I accepted this valuation and arrangements were made for it to be collected.I anticipated that when the bike was collected that the price might drop. It didnt, I received the agreed amount. The man who collected the bike, Andy G was great, the handover went well and I received the money into my bank while I stood there. He even notified DVLA and showed me what he had done. Cant fault the service, I was kept in contact all the way through.
Would leave 0 stars if it was possible. Answered all their questions very accurately, was very honest about my bike (put it down as average even though it is probably a little nicer than that). They book an appt quickly which was good but proceed to then knock off £600 from the original quote... all stating wear and tear items that you'd expect from a 6 year old bike that was marked as average. SO SO POOR from them. You've wasted everyones time.
The service of valuation and picking up the bike was excellent and I received my money as promised. The issue is that the V5C has not been sent to DVLA resulting in me getting a fine for no insurance. We have been promised this would be addressed some weeks ago, although the fine has been paid by me, DVLA are still expecting the insurance to be updated.
