I absolutely couldn't be without my…

I absolutely couldn't be without my leatherman. I use it everyday and have done for the past 11 years so I was so disappointed when after years of heavy use one side of the plier jaws eventually sheared off. I filled out a returns form and after only a week (which felt like months) I received an updated model in the post. I can't recommend this company or their products highly enough. This is the 3rd leatherman multitool I have owned (first one I replaced with a higher spec some 30 years ago, and the old one is still going strong, and the second one I lost) and I am a lifelong user of their tools and have purchased many others as gifts for friends and family.

Leatherman Warranty

Have had my Leatherman Charge replaced twice over the last five years without any hassle at all.It is a well made tool that gets used and abused all the time, so the 25 year warranty is great to have.Warranty procedure is straight forward, but you do need to print out a claim form.

Avoid this firm !

Received a damaged Utility tool , company refused to initially collect for an exchange then a collection request was ignored leading to legal action. Like the previous reviewer they seem to Completely ignore requests when suits. They also seem a little aggressive and arrogant in their communications since - and what company these days do not offer courier collections? Strange setup .. avoid them or you may end up having to take legal action like me

I wrote a complaint regarding my purchase of a Klean Kanteen flask and got no response. The flask ceased to insulate after a slight knock to the lid and therefore became useless after very little use
