Great customer service. Phone answered right away. Talked to a representative that spoke English that I could understand, and that person was IN the US! The problem was handled quickly, professionally and to my satisifaction. White Mountain puzzles are our favorite and do them almost exclusively.

Great gift subscription, but some confusion with the process.

The gift subscription was appreciated, but my mom found the process a bit confusing. The website initially indicated that she would need to cover shipping costs, which shouldn't apply to a gift subscription. I believe the website could be more user-friendly, but overall, I am pleased with the puzzles.

Great selection of puzzles with thick pieces and a bonus poster

I love the diverse range of puzzles available. The pieces are sturdy, and the included poster is a nice touch. It's a wonderful Christmas special for all. The only downside is the stickers placed on all new puzzles, which can lead people to believe they are purchasing used ones, especially when they aren't sealed.

A Delightful Puzzle Experience

This puzzle was a Christmas gift, and I thoroughly enjoyed assembling it. The entire image is fantastic, and I loved searching for all the book covers and spines. Unfortunately, I ended up missing one piece. I checked the bag, the trash, and so on—either it was never included or perhaps a pet got to it. It’s also possible that our resident ghost had a hand in it; it wouldn’t be the first time! I highly recommend this puzzle.

I ordered 3 puzzles on 10/6/25 and it delivered so someone else's house. I asked which house and they gave me two different houses. I refused to go door to door asking for my puzzles 3 days after it was delivered. I was told that if I didn't want to go and ask the neighbors then they will send new puzzles. I asked for my money back and was told no (nasty attitude Steph) and go ask the neighbors. She said we will send the puzzles for free. I told her that I paid for them and it was not free. She said go ask the neighbors. I then say just send the puzzles and I will return them. I order from the often and to be spoken to like this is ridiculous. I will never ever order from them again.
