I'm not sure the phone numbers and email addresses they provide are accurate. Never been able to reach someone I had looked up, using the info I got from them. The info I got from them about a person was actually also available for free elsewhere. On the positive side, they refunded me when requested. However, making the request involved writing them an email, I wasn't able to just unsubscribe in PayPal.
I paid the one time search fee for the following reasons.The company listed the correct name, including his middle name (rather than just the initial) They listed his correct age. He was shown as having at some time resided in the same city in which he lived when I last contacted him.So, for the reasons listed above I paid the fee (using PayPal), entered the information requested, two or three minutes later I received this response: "no information found". In other words, as opposed to four or five data points provided free, the "report" didn't even list those, it simply responded that there was no information available.
How can you trust a search company when their search changes the name that you have entered? And also added another letter to the name? They do not have the decency, honesty to say we could not find a person with that name. They did suggest other names again with different letters. Those names were not even close to the name I typed in. These people need to do a better job. I would question any results you get from them. Do not believe what they tell you. Try Facebook.
This company should be embarrassed by how utterly useless its service is. Every malicious scam number I've looked up is marked "low spam risk"- come on. I've never seen an owner listed for any number. This entire site is a joke and serves no purpose whatsoever.
Signed up for trail. Forgot to cancel before the trail period. Was charged for the first month. As soon as I saw that, I went ahead cancelled my membership. Surprise, few days later I was charged up for an membership upgrade and two more transactions that I haven't authorized. Called in the customer care, they don't recognize my membership cancellation even though I have an email proof. They keep insisting transactions were legit even the supervisor. Glad we have credit card companies, charges are up for the dispute. I don't trust whitepages, and I don't recommend them to anyone. Please don't give your card details or be prepared to get robbed.
