Can I access my account says I don't have an email associated with this account but it's the only email I ever signed up with. How stupid are they that they can't even run their own site correctly and if they are the ripping people off. White pages is associated with beenverified, truthfinder, peoplefinder, peoplesearch, intelius, checkmate, etc.....all affiliated together. And they are billed to the same place. Called my credit card company to ask why I had so many charges for the same place. Their action was to tell me that obviously I wouldn't pay over and over for the same thing with the same prices would you. I told them hell no I wouldn't. And they subsequently took off all the charges and reissued me a car but the White pages even though it's outdated information I still need some information off of it for a thief executor stealing from my children and wife after my wife's father passed and I still need it when I go to sign up for premium it says I already have premium but yet I can't ask this premium it says I don't have an email associated with the premium section how is it possible that it tells me on one side that I have an account already on the premium but then go to sign in and it says no email associated with that email something is awfully fishy or should I say " PHISHY!". I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THIS YEAR BUT COUPLE YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS USING THEM THEY HAD THE BETTER INFORMATION LIKE INTELIUS DID BUT IT DIDN'T HAVE MUCH OVER THE TOP INFORMATION ABOVE THE OTHER SITES SO HOW WOULD YOU PROPOSE ACCESSING AN ACCOUNT I ALREADY HAVE YET I AM TOLD I DON'T HAVE ONE WITH THIS EMAIL!!!!
liars and cheats. not connected with Telstra anymore. Some American company. But still bill through Telstra. Trying to cancel and they say you can't because it has already been set for the year. Say that you are contracted to them but we signed up with Telstra not this new company. How is that legal? They don't even check in with people to make sure details are correct and current. They have been using outdated information for ages. Completely untrustworthy. And in this day and age who still uses white pages? Absolute waste of space.
WhitePages.com is a Criminal Operation that needs to be shutdown ASAP! This Bogus 'entity' is nothing more than group of Master-Scammers who will Fleece unsuspecting individuals over and over Again!Even after receiving reimbursement following a successful cancellation via email *(It took FOREVER!), they'll continue billing that account, or even some-how, others, for which I have NO CLUE as to how they obtained the needed information in order to gain access. Ultimately, the only remedy available, in order to avoid these ongoing BOGUS charges, is to close that, and every affiliated account that they may have gained access to, and have new cards issued! So far now, this has happened with a total of 3 of my accounts!!!

For the $10.79 I got the basic information that I could have found for free online had I wanted to spend the time doing so. My problem is that I do not trust them after the purchase. First, I looked in my email and found that they had turned on a feature that I had intentionally turned off from my account page, and secondly there is no easy way to delete your account. I am extremely happy that I used PayPal to pay for the transaction rather than a bank debit card. I would appreciate it if Whitepages provided instructions on deleting an account.
Basic, $30/year, nothing more than you can get for free on web in a few minutes UPDATEAs I have paid for it, I have used it for quick lookup of current addresses I would not otherwise have researched, and reverse phone lookup. For this convenience it is probably worth the $30. I had hoped for more, but obviously the market determines the price. I don't think I would pay for a report today which did not contain at lease some Social Networking App research.
