Musick – operating out of Lakeland Florida is amazing. I called a couple of weeks after hurricane Milton as I didn’t know there was any damage until we started leaking and showing signs of “mold”. They didn’t call back; rude right? Well, turns out their phones were not working right and they didn’t even know that there were messages building up. I messaged them through the website and in minutes the office got in touch. THEY THANKED ME!! They had no idea, until I reached out, that this was happening. Well same day Remington (Remmy if you are lucky enough to have him as a friend) showed up. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty. After full inspection and chatting he said I “may” have other issues then just the roof. The roof is in need of replacement and many shingles are missing; plus the roof lifted allowing rain to get in. (My words not his; he explained it much more professionally. This is my takeaway). I ended up getting a public adjuster and well so many issues, however, Musick had my back. They replaced the roof, before anyone else in the neighbor got theirs done, they all have used other companies and are if complete shock I was done so fast and at the time of writing this all are still waiting. There was a delivery issue but the guys didn’t complain they just dug in and worked harder to get the bundles up on the roof. I have ponds in the front creating a problem as we couldn’t have roof debris get in there with my Koi fish. Not a problem for them; they created a “lean-to” of sorts out of Visqueen from the roof to the ground making sure the ponds were fully covered. I have several dogs as well, not a problem, 3 men in the end walked the entire property with large magnets making sure they have every single nail, tack, or bit roofing debris. This is the extra mile right here. With all the extras they also went ahead and repaired the vinyl siding that was lifting due to the storm and repaired the vinyl that blew off from the underside of my overhang (I had the blown off pieces). They arrived at 7am, covered my ground, covered the ponds, covered the car, tore off, replaced all the wood (so a store run was involved since we didn’t know the damage and we only has 3 sheets of ply ordered), brought the shingles ground delivered to the roof, fixed the extra stuff, cleaned up, cleared up, walked the property, and WERE DONE WITH EVERYTHING BEFORE 6pm. The Musick team never failed. The few weeks from signing with them, to the completed job, and well after; they have been in constant contact. In all of this Remmy became a first time daddy. He still didn’t miss a beat. When he was unavailable his cousin (who also works there) came to the house to make sure I was happy and all things went smoothly. Even after this Remmy still called and text to let me know he was available to me if needed. 100% satisfied from beginning to end and thereafter. I cannot praise the professionalism and service enough. If you are in need, or think you may be in need or a roof, call them. They are honest, friendly, thorough, and you will end up with friends you didn’t know you needed in life. Cheers, Joseph & Elizabeth Milstead very happy customers.
Just looked up the name of a neighbor with a barking dog. I knew the person had lived there only a short time like 2 years, yet it said 13 yrs and gave 6 other people living there. So I looked up my address and my closest neighbor. Both were totally wrong.3 for 3 totally snd completely out of date, I've been here just 4 years. yet it gave my addresses owner 2 owners ago, and my next door neighbor as 71, 3 others living there, one a teacher, and he had 17 previous addresses in this cityBut just he and his wife came here 3 years ago from North Dakota and never lived in this state. 2 owners ago, a teacher lived there.He's 71 and retired now.OMG, Whitepages is nothing like it use to be. Must be owned by the CCP or something
1- They show you some trash data before paying, but you get completely different data when you pay. Total rip off2- The search is awfully slow. I've been a customer for around 2 years but after today I'm never paying them a cent again3- They refuse to remove dead people. They didn't even care to respond to my email about my dead grandma.4- There are cheaper alternatives which are better & actually respond to customers (for example: Intelgain.io)
horrible site. they make you pay for a plan then still show you nothing. they have you wait while they look it up & then when you want to see it you can forget it! pay more! because what you just paid for is pointless and does Nothing! Just use different site! cheaper and better
I paid for their premium service to find out who is calling me. They most often do not provide the callers name and try to sell an upgrade of a report. For the money you pay, they tell you what region the call came from. Their premium service is pretty useless.
Don’t waste your money. You get an address and phone # that may or may not be correct,that’s all. Unless you want to upgrade then you may or may not get an email,then if you upgrade more you might get a report but don’t count on it. It’s a scam!!!
White Pages: I looked up the rating of the White Pages by the Better Business Bureau. It made me wonder about the quality of the White Pages business online when the BBB gives them a rating of 1.21 out of a possible 5?In addition The BBB has worked to resolve 555 complaints against the White Pages during the last 3 years including resolution of 142 complaints during the last 12 months. It would be interesting to know how many cases currently remain unresolved?Perhaps, my assumption is wrong, but The White Pages customer service activities seem to be keeping some of The BBB staff relatively busy?
