Bought my Grandson a Huffy Green Machine, arrived very well packed and promptly. Unfortunately it had a fault, contacted customer service who couldn’t have been more helpful. Full marks to Imogen. A new Huffy Green Machine was made available very quickly. This afternoon I gave it to my 3 year old grandson who mastered the control quickly and in fact took it to bed with him. Thank you Wicked Uncle you have been excellent.
I had a toy that I ordered in October gave to my 3 year old grandson on Christmas Day .he loved it ,the batteries ran out ,we put new ones in ,but it wouldn’t work .I emailed the company Saturday by Tuesday a replacement toy arrived !amazing service I would totally recommend this company and Wii definitely order again
Fantastic customer service. Two weeks ago I bought a fiery dinosaur for a 5 yr old & gave it to him yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately the trigger action was faulty and it didn't work. He was very disappointed so I called Wicked Uncle, explained what was wrong and the customer service woman immediately offered to send a replacement. It arrived at his home this afternoon, works perfectly and he absolutely loves it. Really top class customer service. Thank you so much.
Royal Mail (who are utterly terrible) left my Christmas delivery on my doorstep in the middle of the daytime. Unfortunately, an easy target for the local Camden scumbags so it was stolen. WU answered my service query immediately and re-delivered the next day with their apologies. Excellent service.
Our latest experience with Wicked Uncle has been trying to resolve the issue where they have so far refused to address the product which was not fit for purpose. I asked them to escalate the matter, and told them that I thought their previous response had been rude and abrupt. I'll let others decide if they agree with my opinion... "We shan’t be providing you with any further compensation. We hope you have a lovely festive season."Anyway, their further response was: "Your comments are totally unacceptable. You did not buy this product and have no right whatsoever to make any demand. We therefore decline to have any further dealings with you."No, I didn't buy this product. It was a gift to our then 6-year-old son (from a friend that we don't want to upset) of a product that was not fit for purpose. And I have made no "demands", merely a request that the matter be escalated so I can discuss with someone who will have a grown-up, customer-friendly conversation about the issues with the failed product and the shockingly bad "customer service".I think it's important that other customers know how this company treats people, so they can make up their own minds before purchasing gifts for the people they care about.
2 stars for the glitchy website - Bought a load of gifts for the grandkids. The website was a little aggravating because as you scroll the pages keep moving and changing. So when you've clicked on something, it moves and you get shown another page and can't go back. Very glitchy at times. 5 Checkout easy. 5 Arrived on time.5 Well packaged. 5 Good courier company. 5 Products good quality. * The Jelly Fish tank needs a lot more detergent than stated in the instructions to work.
Stumbled across this lovely site whilst looking for gifts for our grandchildren! Always wary of sites I haven’t come across so read the reviews first… they were mainly very good so decided to order 2 items! They arrived by Royal Mail the next day…perfectly packaged and both items really lovely quality! We will definitely be using them again! Well done Wickeduncle it’s five stars from us!
