Review Time
I bought one item years ago for a nephew, and despite him graduating from university, I still receive unsolicited emails. Unsubscribing is utterly impossible. Each time I receive an email (at least weekly), I unsubscribe, but they keep coming as regular as clockwork. This needs to be resolved; it’s very annoying.
We’re returning customers because this platform is wonderful for shopping. Recently, we had an issue with one of the toys we purchased, and the service responded immediately via email to arrange a replacement part. Their customer service is far superior to other online sellers. I would highly recommend them!
There was a delay with Royal Mail, and tracking showed the order was received in one location before being sent elsewhere, where it sat for four days! I contacted the service, and they promptly initiated a Royal Mail investigation. They emailed me within about 20 minutes to inform me that Royal Mail wouldn’t declare it missing for another three days. They tracked the order regularly, and two days later, it arrived intact. Although the delay wasn’t their fault, they acted quickly and even refunded the postage. Outstanding customer care and great products. I’ve used them before without issues and will continue to do so.
Dcecent compamy, but they dont offer reviews on selected items. They only show reviews of all items all lumped in together which I think could be seen as a bit avoident.And also if you have a look for sme of the same toys on amazon you will save money significantly.
I would not trust this company again. When responding to an unsolicited advert from Wicked Uncle I ended up in touch with different company I had never heard of but which I assumed must be a subsidiary or supplier.Wicked uncle customer services not at all helpful when the goods purchased proved unsatisfactory and strangely not at all concerned as to how their website had facilitated or been vulnerable to the diversion .BEWARE - this is the rather nasty response I received from this firm who clearly have no interest in exploring the problem: ' CS2:41 PM (1 hour ago)Your deliberate attempt to damage our company’s reputation with a lie posted in the public domain, will be referred to our legal teamWe look forward to ensuring your shameful behaviour gets the consequences it deserves'
Always had good service from Wicked Uncle! Have ordered a few times in the past, and they truly did me a solid with a very last-minute emergency Christmas gift for my nephew!!One of my go-to sites for gifts for kids gifts, I like their range, and browsing by age group is helpful!
