Great website and super efficient despatch & delivery at what must be their busiest time. I ordered Tuesday night quite late & received the items, well packaged, on Thursday morning. Wicked Uncle and Royal Mail clearly coping well with Christmas demand from Cyber sales!
Brilliant range, ordered and delivered within a week. Good quality, superby packed. Not clear if batteries are included in small toys and don't want to open them before the great day. Generally really good service and excellent website - I'll use them again (with 10 grandchildren I'm gonna have to!)
Great for stocking filler gifts and something a bit different. Excellent customer support. I e mailed the company with a couple of issues with my order, novelty torches not working or not working properly. I had a response right away with instructions for one item to get it to work properly and apologies and arrangements to return the other item free of charge Royal Mail collection from home. Can’t ask for better service.
Appalling service. I purchased a well known ragdoll for my newborn granddaughter, clearly marked from 0 months, so was appalled to receive it unwrapped folded stuffed & squashed in half into a small padded envelope, no protective bag or box for the doll- the dress creased and head scrunched out of shape. My granddaughter was a week old, I could not give her a doll that looked like it had done five rounds with Mike Tyson. I contacted Customer Services (a contradiction in terms for a start) to complain and was advised it didn't do it any harm! I beg to differ. I asked for my complaint to be addressed properly and escalated to a manager. I have heard nothing since. A company can sell the most marvelous items but, when things go wrong, it is only as good as its staff and these are definitely not good enough. No quality control and no customer service. I have used Wicked Uncle in the past but thankfully not needed to contact customer service. I had to this time and realised there is no quality control and no customer service - the doll supplied has had to be recycled as I could not chance it for my newborn granddaughter, and I have bought another the same from a reputable company. I will not use Wicked Uncle again and will most definitely not recommend.Thankyou for your response. Absolutely true I could have returned the doll however I declined for two reasons: 1. It was to be returned only at my expense - a further approx. £5+ spend. 2. I could not in all honesty have squashed it back into the very small envelope it arrived in. However, thankyou for your 'offer'.
Such a ‘wicked’ company to order from. Gifts so unusual and great quality. I have ordered from Wicked Uncle before and I’m always interested in browsing through their unique presents. The Little notes inside and involvement with the Elves is such a lovely touch. Thanks Wicked Uncle I shall be ordering from you again x
