Appalling customer service!! Do not buy from here! I bought a variety of items for my 11 year old son for christmas. I used the suitable age search but one if the items was completely unsuitable and the other item was incredibly overpriced for what it was. Both boxes were very carefully opened to look at the contents but once realising they were not suitable and overpriced they were resealed and returned for a refund. I had a very rude email back a couple if days later saying the boxes had been opened snd I was nit now entitled ti a refund snd the items would be posted back to me! I asked if I could have maybe a credit voucher instead of a refund abd was told no. No credit no refund items returned!! This attitude allows wicked uncle to sell what ever they want snd it's tough if its not suitable!! Shocking!! In reply to your comment wicked uncle that is absolutely untrue that the boxes were 'ripped opened' and I cannot believe you have made that false comment!! This just reiterates why I will not be buying from you again and why I will recommend others not to
I have used Wicked uncle for Christmas and birthday presents for my niece and nephew for around thee years now. I have found their products to be brilliant; the kids have always loved the toys. The same was true this time too, although, unfortunately, one of the toys, a Boppin' Beagle, singing and dancing dog, didn't work properly. When I contacted Wicked Uncle, they could not have been more helpful. They replaced it without question, direct to my niece's address (it was originally delivered to my Mum's to hide the gift) and said that they didn't want to inconvenience my Mum any further, and so returning the original order was not necessary. They didn't have to do that and I am very grateful to them for it. First stop for great gift ideas and and extremely good customer service.
I would like to put a shout out for Wicked Uncle Toys.I purchased a Flying Bee toy for my grandson which unfortunately broke after s couple of uses.I contacted the company and found that their customer service is first class. Not only did they respond within hours but quickly arranged a refund.I recommend Wicked Uncle and will certainly use again. Thank you.
An excellent company to deal with. Wickeduncle have a great range of toys and games, and I have bought from them several times.An item I ordered for my grandson before Christmas had a technical fault. I called Wickeduncle on 28th December, and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful young lady. I received a replacement on 29th - customer service doesn't get much better than that!
Brilliant experience from start to finish. Purchased the Escape Room game for phones for my grandchildren. DIspatched via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked (which Royal Mail are prioritising through the strikes). Arrived 3 days after ordering, and i was able to keep an eye on where the parcel was. Was very well packaged so no damage in transit. Had a slight problem with the padlock, so emailed Wicked Uncle CS. Response received (on a Bank Holiday) and replacement padlock being sent to us. Cannot fault their customer service.
First time ordering from this company. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, tracking of parcel was well documented by email and text, packaged well. Item exactly as described and pictured, excellent price as over double on Ebay! I bought the 'Tiny Baking' set and it's so cute. Wouldn't hesitate to use Wicked Uncle again. Highly recommended.
