My son recieved a gift sent via WickedUncle for Christmas.Unfotunately the item had a small defect. As I had not ordered the item, but it had been sent straight to us, I did not know what the customer services could do.I shouldn't have worried though, as the packing label on the delivery box had the order reference on it. I was able to give that to customer services so they could find the order. I explained the fault, and they said no worries, email them a photo of the fault, and they would deal with it.Within 5 minutes of me emailing them the requested photo, they had acknowledged it, recognised the fault, and had shipped out a replacement.I could not fault WickedUncle's customer services at all, how I wish all online shopping was like this, especially where I hadn't bought the item myself, and it was a gift.
If you have don't have kids, but have godchildren/friends sprogs to buy for this site is ideal. All you have to do is tap in the age and sex of the recipent, and it brings up a huge range of suitable presents for the age range. Delivery was fast too, especially considering it was just before Christmas.

I came across Wicked Uncle by chance when looking for a present for my 7 year old nephew. I live in Asia so buying online is much easier for me but it can often feel a bit risky. However, I found a couple of great gifts and chose the gift wrapping option - my sister told me the presents were very nicely wrapped. My nephew especially loved his dinosaur pillow case which you can colour in yourself. Only problem was, he left the tops off the pens overnight! I emailed Wicked Uncle asking if I could buy the pens separately and at first they said sorry, but they weren't stocking them. However, shortly after I received another email from their customer service team saying they'd sourced a packet of the pens and had shipped them off to my nephew. They'd even included a nice little message to him - and this was all without me even telling them his details - they just found us in the system and sent them straight out. Truly great customer service! I've shopped again with them since for his 10 year old brother's birthday and he too loved his presents.
First order with this company, ordered online around 18:30 on Friday, standard delivery and the order arrived Monday morning at 10:00!! Super service and the parcel arrived perfectly packed. You get what you pay for ~ as not the cheapest online store, but by far one of the best service/delivery wise this Christmas season........ Will be ordering again from Wicked Uncle!
If you have young relatives then this site is a godsend. Just pick an age, and a gender if you want to, and there's a wide variety of gift ideas to chose from. No worries about age appropriateness, they'll gift wrap them with a hand written card, it takes all the stress out of it. I use them regularly. 100% recommended.
