Thatcham branch were excellent!I managed to kerb my front tyre on my way to get the two rear tyres replaced (I know embarrassing) the gents there managed to order me an extra tyre which didn't get delivered till late in the afternoon and they stayed after closing to get it all sorted - brilliant service from the team can't rate them highly enough
I would avoid this place.They did a botch job on my Range Rover Evoque tyre then lost my locking wheel nut key refusing to remedy and leaving me out of pocket. In my experience staff are unprofessional (the chat I witnessed about customers and cars in the waiting room was alarming and breached GDPR) aggressive and bullying. I thought it was because I was woman but they had to liaise with JLR over the issue and the team there noted the same awful behaviour. You’ll note the fabricated response from Wiltshire tyres below. I’ll let the overall trustpilot poor rating and other poor reviews be the evidence that this business should be avoided.
Avoid Wiltshire Tyres Melksham at all costs, disgraceful service and no duty of care to their customers. Over £700 spent on four tyres & front wheel alignment. The tyres lasted only 3000 miles due to incorrect coding on their state of the art equipment. Complete lack of communication throughout the entire process from store level management through to area management. After 11 weeks and providing all evidence, Wiltshire Tyres have gone quiet, even after admitting using the wrong code. The case has now been passed to Trading Standards. Please think twice about going here.
What went wrong !! Had two tyre fitters arrive which seemed very pleasant, efficient and got on with the tyre replacement. On reflection I should have done a full walk around as i guess should not have trusted the playful banter. So on inspection my old dirty valves still there ( paid for new ones ), damage to the front of a wheel looks likely from the bead breaker and only balanced sorry that's not true they weren't balanced more like a lot of weight just thrown at only the back edge of the wheel. It’s lovely sensation on the road if you like the shakes and wobbles. So now having to waste my time resolving and sending 100's of pictures to Black Circles to resolve the problem. Cant recommend at all based on my experience could be a regional thing and they are better in other areas
Best Avoided.Had 4 new tyres fitted through Black Circles. 2 days later one of the tyres had gone completely flat despite the car not being driven.When I raised this with the garage I was advised that they would not be able to send someone out for another 3 days and I was then shouted at down the phone by the very rude 'transport manager' named Kieran. Shoddy fitting and horrendous customer service- clearly cant change a tyre to save their lives...
