Wow! The service is unbeatable! In price and in speed of delivery of service I was stuck without 2 tyres and had an absolute knight in shining armor Dave replace my car tyres before the school run! Amazing service all round! All the staff are super friendly and helpful!
I went to Wiltshire Tyres in Andover for help with a windscreen washer problem. It was more complicated than I expected and took three quarters of an hour to fix. Because I work at the local Hospital the manager did not charge me, which I thought was extraordinary generous of him. All he asked was that I review him which I am very happy to do both for his kindness and for fixing my problem. I hope he reads this and my appreciation.
I recently had an issue with a nail in my tyre, and Nas and the team were absolutely fantastic. They were on the ball and extremely accommodating, providing quick and efficient service. Excellent Service from Wiltshire Tures in Royal Wootton Bassett. Kate and the team have been fantastic. I was experiencing issues with my vehicle, they took it in at short notice, put it on the diagnostic and had the parts delivered and fitted the next day. Communication was excellent throughout. I have used Wiltshire Tyres mobile fitting for a couple of vehicles recently and I cannot fault them. Easy to book online and they keep you informed via email and phone. The two lads who have changed my tyres recently have been a pleasure and extremely friendly. Service has been second to none. Extremely professional and I will definitely keep on using them in the future and I fully recommend them to anyone.
Had been advised by the dealer to get my tyres changed and so booked, through BlackCircles, two new front tyres, with balance and alignment, at the Weyhill branch in Andover. Great service, yet again, from the guys there especially Taylor who carried out the work and who noticed that the tyres did in fact still have maybe several months of wear left. Better to be safe and sure but like others have said, no hard sell ... only courteous service and advice. Thank you.
