It is worth mentioned that prior to that car never had an issue with uneven tyre wear or pulling in any direction.It was more for the sake of doing one as it had never been done as far as I.m aware.I was told caster was not doable, and that the rear didn.t allow for camber.9 months later I did my MOT and set of brand new tyres, less than 10miles old, is smooth on the inside shoulder on the fronts.Pay cheap, get a shoddy result.Ended up going to a specialist in Swindon that upon showing me the figures, before and after adjustment it was a shock seeing so much red.Low and behold they also did caster, and they also adjusted camber at the rear. Apparently you can. Car drives so differently and feels way more stableIf I could I would be asking for my money back from this place.Absolute scam and very poor result. They actually made the car worse!!!, as the previous tyres that got swapped just a few months before were even in wear all over.Avoid!!!Makes you wonder what else they are doing so poorly.
Took car in as there was excessive road noise at around 45mph and especially when cruising at 70mph which made long journeys unpleasant. A thorough examination of tyre conditions, tracking and wheel alignment was carried out as well as exploring possible wheel bearing wear. Comprehensive feedback was provided on the findings and various suggestions given on what aspects to continue to monitor.I left the premises feeling that a thorough and professional approach had been taken.
Damaged my car causing £360 paint repair. Denied doing it stating that they reviewed CCTV and the damage wasn't there when it left the workshop. Refused to let me see it. Then changed their mind, after a week, and said damage was old as metal had discoloured. Refused any responsibility.
Be very cautions with their mobile fitting service! We had ordered four tyres for our SUV to be fitted by their mobile fitter. However, they fitted a different make to those that I had ordered, which online are cheaper than the ordered ones, are lower quality than the ones we ordered and are a make that Wiltshire Tyres do not appear to stock!So please check when they fit them they are the ones you ordered as either Wiltshire Tyres or their fitters are up to no good!
Two sets of front tyres plus wheel alignment 12 months ago. 6000 miles later I need two new tyres and a wheel alignment. For the past 10 years I've needed new tyres every 25000 miles. After going to Wiltshire tyres it's now 6000 an average of 107 miles per week. When I approached them the response was a generic I should have checked the pressure more often and air expands. If its a manufacturer issue take it up with them. You choose the tyre we just supply and fit it. Very irresponsible service and will never go back. No system of complaint and now blocked from there website and FB page for daring to complain.
I booked a mobile fitter for 2 new rear tyres via black circles. This company came and the fitter damaged both wheels leaving me needing both of them resprayed. I asked where the existing damage report was and he proceeded to be very cagey and was noting it up as I went round the damage after. Fitter denied damaging despite me having images of the wheels before he came and CCTV showing his time at my property. The fitter only had 2 areas of damaged noted on the report however there were 3 areas damaged, I am in a disputing them all with blackcircles currently but would advise not using these guys.
