Awesome experience from Wiltshire Tyres (Weyhill branch). I only popped in to book a slow puncture repair. The team offered to do it there and then. Best of all, as the issue was only a faulty valve, they repaired it for free and had me back on the road within 20 mins. So refreshing to have an honest and decent garage near work. I’ll certainly be using again and thoroughly recommend.
Big Shout out to Wiltshire Tyres in Weyhill, Andover.Was due to have my wheels refurbished, so needed to remove them from the car.Spoke to (I think) the manager .. Nasa I think is his name, he couldnt have been more helpful. Had 3 stubborn locking wheelnut that were at the end of their life, and I just couldnt get them off.10 minutes with a hammer and an Impact driver and all 4 wheelnuts were removed and replaced with normal nuts.Its hard to find people that will go the extra mile these days, Wiltshire tyres will def be my first port of call in future
They were super helpful and quick at putting new tires on my van. I didn’t call to booking and they managed to supply and fit my new Tires within a 45mins! Plus they were very busy today. Great teams and a great business. Would highly recommend!
I've used Wiltshire Tyres at Weyhill several times for tyres. They've always managed to supply and fit a tyre within 24 hours. Last week I called them about an intermittent fault with the drivers door window mechanism on our Discovery. It had jammed with the window stuck open and we needed it for a long journey the following day. Local garages were all booked up - Wiltshire tyres accepted the vehicle straight away, opened up the door mechanism, inspected it and confirmed all was now well - at no charge. Hard to fault that kind of service!
Great customer service, from the moment I arrived they got straight to the job and fitting my tyres. The new manager was explaining to me about wheel alignment as I thought I may of needed this service too. I got a print out of the state of the alignment ( proof was in the puddling, all those potholes had done damage!). I was there all in all about half an hour to 45 minutes and everything was done. I needed my tyres changed at the Weyhill Tyre centre Wiltshire tyres.What a excellent service..Not only that they were polite they changed 3 of my tyres at short notice also my back brake pads and discs..They gave me a price and never inflated it like some garages at a very reasonable price.can not fault them at all definitely Weyhill garage will be my future garage of choice..Thank you to the team and management for a great service 👏👏👏
I needed to change all 4 tyres at short notice. I arrived at the Weyhill Road facility just after 5pm and even though they were due to shut at 5.30pm they were very happy to change them there and then. The work meant that certain team members had to stay late. Thank you very much. Your efforts were greatly appreciated.
