ordered dart board and stand 2 weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived, it’s in stock as available to order… customer service not emailed back or called back, no such think as a call centre, will have to get money back from
bank through charge back, avoid, will buy from target next time and support their business
I should have read the reviews before ordering but you simply don't expect this from a big brand.
There just is zero communication from Winmau, no updates, no replies to emails, don't answer the phone. No way whatsoever to contact them.
I placed my order on 14 January, I then emails them on 23rd and 27th of January but have not had a reply. I called them a few times too but it just goes to voicemail.
I have contacted my bank and ordered the same items via Darts Corer that have arrived today and it was cheaper.
I would never order directly from Winmau again, it just isn't worth the hassle.
If I could give a zero, I would.
My husband is from the UK and loves darts. For Christmas, I decided to get him a new Blade 6 and wanted to order from the company. That started my sad and infuriating saga. Ordered in plenty of time for it to arrive in the US, but after repeated contacts with the company (each took about 4-5 days for them to respond), I finally gave up the ghost. I canceled my order and they confirmed it was canceled. Then I ordered another one off trusty Amazon and called it a late Christmas present.
Fast forward two weeks after Christmas, here comes the original dart board! So I contact the company AGAIN they said "oh sorry about that. I guess you'll have to return it." I legit saw red. I mean seriously. Now they think I need to pay for shipping back to the UK because of their error?! They must be out of their minds. From start to finish, I have never been more distraught over such abysmal customer service in my life. Please do yourself a favor, order from anyone other than this company. It is guaranteed to be a complete nightmare. I will never, ever order from this company again. In fact, the next time I'm in the UK, I think I'll plan a trip to specifically have some words with these idiots. It is beyond me how they stay in business.

One item was clearly in stock during my purchase and remained available for nearly 24 hours afterward. On 29 November, I received an official shipping confirmation for this item. However, on 30 November at 10:30 AM, I was abruptly informed that the product was “out of stock and discontinued.” Since then, I’ve sent numerous emails (30 November, 10 December, 12 December, and again on 15 December) but have received no response. The rest of my order, confirmed by both the brand and the delivery service, is still marked as “preparing” at their location and has not been dispatched. Consequently, I will likely have no gifts for several people this Christmas, despite ordering well in advance and spending a significant amount of money. This has undoubtedly been the worst online shopping experience I've encountered. I believed this brand was recognized for its quality and professionalism, but the total lack of communication and customer support suggests otherwise. I regret not paying attention to online reviews earlier, as many highlight similar issues. Extremely disappointing for a first-time buyer.

I ordered a professional dartboard surround set on 30th November, received it on 2nd December, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. It was delivered without any protective outer packaging, just the product box featuring a large image of the item. My partner, who was meant to be surprised, took the delivery, ruining the Christmas surprise. The box was damaged, partially opened, and to make matters worse, no darts were included. I immediately contacted the company on 2nd December, but since then, I've been stuck in a frustrating loop of emails asking for the same images and details I've already provided multiple times. Weeks later, and the issue remains unresolved. The provided phone number doesn't work, leaving email as the only option. This is unacceptable from a supposedly premium brand. Poor packaging, damaged goods, missing items, and a customer service team that does nothing but go in circles instead of resolving issues. The company has completely failed to provide even basic professional service. Avoid if you value your money, time, and peace of mind.
🤬 The quality is appalling and the customer service is nonexistent - just hope it arrives undamaged! This purchase has been a complete disaster from start to finish. I am furious and deeply disappointed. The product quality is questionable: my dartboard arrived in a severely damaged cardboard box, which was a bad sign. The dartboard itself is also defective! The backing is peeling off, there's a noticeable dent, and the material is coming apart. For the price, this level of damage and poor construction is unacceptable. You literally have to hope this dartboard arrives intact, because if it doesn't, you're out of luck! The customer service is a mess: I wanted to resolve this with a partial refund to avoid the environmental impact of returning the damaged board. Amazon told me to contact the company for a partial refund. I reached out to them (twice!) through the Amazon messaging system and received the same unhelpful canned response: "Please contact Amazon Support as the dartboard was ordered through them." They didn't even read my message! I returned to Amazon, who confirmed that only the seller can issue a partial refund and advised me to contact the company directly via email. NO ONE takes responsibility! It's an endless, frustrating loop where I, the customer, am stuck in the middle. I've tried every channel and received nothing but generic responses and a complete refusal to engage with the issue. BOTTOM LINE: Do not buy this product unless you're willing to risk receiving a damaged item and having to deal with two major companies that are indifferent to resolving simple issues. The customer service from this company is nonexistent. I'm left with a damaged product because neither company is interested in resolving the situation efficiently or sustainably. AVOID!
I received an email stating that the company would replace the defective board at no charge, which is a positive aspect. However, I've had the board since April 2024, and the bull has become loose on the surface and hard underneath. I play with a group of friends every other Tuesday for two hours, and aside from that, it’s used for practice. Now, in November, I'm experiencing frequent bounce outs from the bull. With over 30 years of experience playing darts, I have never encountered such excessive bounce outs, even with older boards. The company was unhelpful, stating I needed to contact the retailer. The retailer only offers a 30-day warranty and mentioned they would contact their representative, but I have yet to hear back. I can't believe the company is doing nothing about a defective dartboard that’s only 7 months old. I would not recommend purchasing this board or any products from this company, and be cautious about the retailer's unrealistic 30-day warranty.
The advertising is very misleading! The so-called triple core "carbon technology" is just a sticker on the back of the board. As for the light, the webpage fails to mention that you must buy an expensive soundproof system for it to work. The front of the board is good, but I dislike being taken advantage of and will never purchase from this company again!
