Ordered at 14:58. Courier contacted me only at 17:00. ETA was about 40 minutes. After 2+ hours I refused the delivery. Courier communication was rude and unprofessional. Support offered no real resolution, only 'we will wait with you'. I do not need waiting. I need a clear policy for extreme delays and a real resolution for paying customers.
I ordered food some days ago from Alepa with Wolt.It was supposed to arrive within the hour. Nothing arrived so I contacted support ..I had to wait ages for a new delivery until the evening ! And that never arrived !!! Me and support checked my address and all was ok. So in a few days I got my money returned .Today I ordered from another Shop ..And Guess what on the app it showed : DELIVERED And I stood at the door with a friend and no sight of any WOLT delivery.Super angry I called Support and told then I dont want a second delivery just return the money ..They said it takes a few days. Great money stuck and no food for the second time by WOLT. I would rather jump out the window than ever again order via WOLT ! It sucks Minus 10!
I did not get the delivery, but they told me I did.They called me 3 times, all call were made at 14:31.I did not hear the call but I tried to call back 14:37 (6 minutes later). It seems that you can not call back.I tried to reach someone from wolt via chat and the lady told me that the delivery man will not come back and I will not get my money back either (around 40 euro), as I did not answer the call.I think you should be able to call back and the fact that they do not wait 2-3 minutes between their calls is not ok.Making 3 calls at the same minute does not mean I was called 3 times.
At this point, the company has hired unprofessional staff — and sorry to say, but they seem completely clueless and work in a disorganized way. My last experience with them was terrible: I waited for more than fifteen minutes outside the building while watching the delivery driver circle around the area without reaching the correct location. Then I suddenly received a notification saying the order was delivered. When I contacted customer support, they tried to justify the poor service, and it honestly felt like outright theft. I strongly do not recommend using this app anymore due to the unprofessional new staff the company has hired.👎👎👎

Horrific service. Food took an hour when quoted 30mins.Food colder than an artic winter and the AI customer service won't say potato.That is to say when prompted it won't transfer you to a human. Better you eat your money if your are hungry than give it these arctic burger delivering helmets.That said if you want a top price, cold meal.. get yourself an order in
Wolt has terrible service, they are not service minded, your food constantly arrives cold and late. My girlfriend tried to order for me, after going through many hoops her card got declined for no reason at the end and all her efforts were wasted. It would be nice if they sent us vouchers and their food wasn't so expensive >:(
Shittiest app ever. Ordered 3 hours ago and the delivery time still increases(courier car stays grayed out carrying other orders - god knows how many). Support unresponsive so have decided to cancel the order -> surprise, you need to chat with a representative in order to get it cancelled.Never ordering with it again even if it gets fixed and surpasses every single other delivery app.
