Review Time
Delivery was awfully slow, over 35 mins delayed, the tuna sandwich arrived warm. I asked for a refund and they told me they wouldn't make an exception and they would refund me 30 NOKsome service charges which I did not even know about up front, the sandwich was worth 140. Sorry but this was a really bad delivery experience and I will not be using this again.
Awful service. Every time I order products my payment didn't going through.. "error 800, we can't process your card". Every time I should write to costumer service to make my order done. That's stress and annoying. Their 0e delivery fee is fake. Because you pay 7e every month for subscription and should order 30e minimum to have 0e delivery. I live alone max I order on 15e. For me that's enough. What I supposed to do with other 15e?
WOLT lately has the worst support team ! Always very late to respond which makes ask clients turn out be liars regarding our orders and end up not eating . You have to understand we r paying for food therefore it needs to arrive fresh even when there’s a delay . CS team doesn’t understand it’s not about the money or refund , it’s about us waiting for a late order and then when we go to ask for help our responses r very late resulting in us staying without eating and then they refund 1 eur and insult our intelligence . Wake up ! We r working people too and want to eat and not get our money back and if u r refunding them do it correctly and stop insulting us . Bolt is the best service and very compassionate where as wolt employees are horrible especially Maria
Wolt Hungary support is the worst.I ordered food which should arrive within 40min, I was home all times and waiting for my intercom to ring as I've added the information to my address details. Please ring the intercom.No one rang the doorbell, noticed one missing phone call and tried to call back, some robot in Hungarian and didn't understand a word. Came to the customer support chat where they have just linked me the terms and conditions saying no refunds as I wasn't at home while the delivery took place. I explained the situation that I was home but no one rang my door bell, support agent replied:" but our courier said they did ring the doorbell" like what? Are you calling me a liar or what is this lol. How can I prove you I was at home and there was no one ringing the door bell and the agent never replied to my message anymore
Customer services are awful, I was a plus member with them and spent thousands on wolt, using them daily. I ordered one meal that was stone cold, not even slightly warm I complained to customer services and was basically told I was lying, with no support or refund offered in anyway, outside a €5 'gesture" from a €30 order Bare in mind I placed hundreds of orders with Wolt, very rarely complained, the response and attitude from wolt was simply disgustingI will never use them again and I hope others see this before ordering Also note they haven't responded to any reviews here and looks like they have disabled Google reviews, which I think says a lot about a company
I order a pizza from my favorite place, and the pizzas came so bad they were soggy and smashed into a strip. I contacted the support we details and pictures and no proper response of help or compensation. They reply sorry for the delay and disappear. This is the worst kind of customer service with no way to call or contact someone if we are in trouble. Money gone and no action. Stay away from these ***holes.
