Zero stars they accused me of fraud…

Zero stars they accused me of fraud only bcs I referred them to my mom and sis! Don’t want to refund me my money from a Restaurant that got my order wrong gave me credit instead that are not working

WORST app ever

WORST app ever. Scheduled WELL IN ADVANCE... HOURS... woke up next morning and had it canceled... Then reordered... was supposed to then arrive a full hour later.. only to be "rejected" again. First and LAST time using this... and then of course the charge on card is pending.... so can´t use funds until it is released... Never again.

NVER GOTTEN PAID

Worked for them. Never got paid, tried to reach the customer support but they faint to not understand what I was saying or never replied so I had to send them several emails. Don’t work for this company!!!

Never stop ordering food from this app

Never stop ordering food from this app. I have been ordering food from this app for over two years. I got a major upset stomach from the food I ate yesterday so I gave them a complaint. But after so long I have not been able to find a solution for them. We are also told by Volt's customer care restaurant car's answer that both of them are sick after eating that food. We cannot find a solution

Worst customer service ever. They just disconnect on you when you have missing items/issues!!!

Delivered food with missing items

Delivered food with missing items. They offered to send the missing items, however that is not good enough.when you order food you want everything together not with 30-45 minutes delay in between deliveries.I asked for a redelivery of the whole order, and offered to keep the already delivered part so I could return it. They refused.And when they did deliver the missing items, it was the wrong items.
