Genuinely how is this even an app! Send you rubbish food and then when you show pictures of your food with things in it, you don’t get a refund you get sent a love heart. Genuinely don’t bother, unless you want to be sent inappropriate emojis! Deletes app immediately
Wolt takes payments from my credit card and refuses to explain what transactions have been made with my card because I am not using Wolt. They say that due to data protection, they cannot say what transactions are made with my card. It would be the same that the bank takes money from my account and says that due to GDPR they cannot say why they took money from my account :)
First we got an uncomfortable long estimated time for delivery of 40-50 min. But due to sickness in the family we opt to use Wolt anyway. When the order was sent and paid we got another estimate of 55-65 minutes. Even if the food got delayed a few minutes our daughter would still be able to eat before her night routines, but now they changed the delivery time with 15 minutes without first giving us a notice or warning. We then expected that things would turn worse. Did we get it on time? As you have guessed, no! It took exactly 90 minutes for delivery. Obviously the food got cold and the cold supplements got warm. Our daughter? We already made her an omelette and she was off to bed. But how about the compensation from the customer rep Julia? Despite us having taking screenshots (always do that when dealing with scammy businesses like this) she made the laughable claim that it was only 11 minutes delayed and nothing to get compensation for. This was in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Unacceptable service. Waited 3 hours for my order, while the delivery guy was constantly lying. I think he was just hungry and ate my dinner. Extremely rude and inefficient customer support. After 3 hours waiting (15 mins in the cold outside where the delivery guy was supposed to be - only he wasn't) they refunded my order without any compensation. Delete your account and never use these scammers
I have ordered a lot of food from restaurants from both Wolt and other delivery firms. But wolt has unfortunately not a good service or quality anymore. Food arrives late, after the chaufför has been circulating through the whole city. Food is cold upon arrival when ordering from Wolt and has to be microwaved after which for example hamburgers with lettuce tastes awful. Customer service is a joke: they apologized that the food is cold, and tried to explain that ”at a 3km drive food can sometimes be cold” and offered no refund or discount codes, because according to their ”rules” the making of the food and delivery should take 45-50minutes and if the food is cold, it is the customers fault because they live 10minutes drive away from the restaurant. Next time I walk to get the food, it is quicker! Wolt is terrible, avoid at all cost and look at other reviews at trustpilot at 1.5/5stars which is accurate.
the person delivering the order didnt give the order and has been outside for 50 minutes and wolt support claims the address is wrong and it isnt. refuse to refund and they give a coupon code as compensation. the person delivering also left the neighborhood 3 times and its been 1 hour 30 minutes since order and they claimed it would be delivered in 20 minutes
