Wolt: A Disastrously Embarrassing Experience Wolt's incompetence ruined my evening with a guest. Their "buy two for one's price" offer turned into a bait-and-switch, delivering only one item. Customer support offered nothing but hollow apologies, leaving me humiliated and out of pocket. Even with a Wolt+ subscription, I received zero assistance. This company's horrendous customer service and deceptive practices are unacceptable. Compared to Uber Eats, Wolt is an abject failure. he worst delievery service ever what an utter shame they always delay all orders and mess up many times. today i ordered at 4.50 pm and the order was sceduled for 5.02 pm long wait but okay but then they send notification sorry delievery guy is going to take longer than expected oopsss , like seriously alright so i wait and they change it to 5.15 then 5.20 pm then 5.30 pm pathetic and on asking wolt to just cancel my order as its taken over 120 mins to arrive they respond with no can do sorry and the driver will come to you but then later respond with we told him he will deliever it soon and send me more messages opps the car is delievering other orders i watch in dismay and misery as it drives further from me i had only 1 hour lunch break and this service messed it up would never recommend my driver is still somewhere exploring alamty i after wasting my 120 mins they canceled the order after i told them many times too
Never deliver on time, drivers speak no tongue except their native third world country bullshit, food is always cold, compensations are a joke compared to the amount you spend. You’re better off using bolt food or any other delivery platform available to you
Missing 50%of the items from my order.Customer support spent 15min not being able to reorder my missing items. When the support staff lacks the ability to solve easy problems and puts this back on a customer they should consider investing in some staff training… I don’t expect attitude when I’m asking for help.
I have just discovered that Wolt is discriminating against employing certain citizens in Serbia. Therefore, I shall discriminate against Wolt and no longer use your service. Go woke, go broke. If you dabble in politics - for some mysterious reason - don’t be surprised if half of your (likely better educated) customers do not agree with your bigoted views.
