Have you ever noticed they are charging users different service fees? I have to pay 1.39€ for each order while my boyfriend pays 0.99€. This has been going on for the whole year already. Wolt told me it depends on venue, location, weather. When we try to choose the same restaurant, same item, same address, same time we still both get different service fees. We both have Wolt+ and it is ridiculous that we additionally have to pay service fees on top. Besides that: there is something wrong with pretty much every single order!!!! Something is missing, it is delayed or totally cold or even the total wrong order.Nowadays Wolt takes up to half a day to full day before they even reply to order issues. Then they refund even less then the missing item had cost. It is just outrageous. I have over 200 orders from several years using them but it is time to say goodbye.I don't really had any issues with couriers, they usually delivered it quick once it was ready but I'm feeling bad how low they get paid to do the dirty work while the owner of Wolt was now voted as the richest person in Finland.
Wolt has this idiotic policy that if something has to be replaced, they won't charge you extra. In practice this means that nothing will ever be replaced, because stores are so stingy. They simply ignore what you ordered. So you end up with a grocery order without any bread, or without any milk, and have to go to store anyway after paying 8 bucks for the delivery. In most cases you cannot contact the store, or the delivery has already dispatched by the time they inform you about the changes.If you need to contact customer support, prepare to spend hours. There can be 30 minutes between each reply. They're delaying for so long that you'll either leave or fall asleep. Some customer service personell have been rude or gone permanently offline in the middle of the conversation. The one I've been talking to for the past 65 minutes uses their nose to type and keeps "forgetting" what I wrote in the last message to avoid refunding 3 measly euros that I requested.
The app informs delay in delivery only after finishing placing an order. Why don't you warn for the delay before the customers confirm the order? It would have given the customers option to choose a different restaurant for faster delivery. This feels like being fooled
I ordered a fast food in a delivery service that became the slowest food service in my life. And they gave ZERO importance to it.When I ordered, the delivery time estimated was 30/40 min. A bit after, it jumped to 120+min. I've contacted them in the day the problem happened and hope to hear some resolution on what happened, but not surprisingly, never heard from anybody. Today I've contacted them again to check if they figured out what happened and obviously, nothing. I've complained and spent HOURS talking to the costumer service just for them to say that everything was fine and the delivery was made 4 min before the time (I've ordered at 10:30, it arrived around 12:30). How ridiculous was that? Everything I shared and said was just ignored and I got no compensation even. Ridiculous. They didn't work on solving the situation, figuring out what happened or even in compensate me for this. Oh yeah, the compensation couldn't be done because I used Klarna to make the payment - which doesn't involve money and gave me the food for free, ofc (ironic).
I always order from wolt. But unfortunatly i will never order again. U order one thing you get another. They do not want to give u a refund unless u return the item they sent u wrong in the first place without replacement. This is not customer service. The restaurant is at fault they compensate. I work in hospitality and thats what we do to recover the client. And Giorgi from wolt was not helpful at all. How you have this person to work with you? I deleted the wolt app. Using holt from now on.
Courier was late almost 1 hour before delivering the wrong order, attempted to request him to confirm the order where I clarified that order is from different restaurant based on the slip on the bag.The courier asked to contact the customer support to fix the situation.After waiting for over 15 minutes for customer support. The support representative had little to no english at all.The support staff went further with multiple insults which were obvious from the level of english and dependency on the translator.In conclusion I realized that am wasting my time on the worst customer support that accepts to have delivery partners with worst attitude i’ve seen in my life.
hi guys. i saw alot of bad reviews about wolt. wolt is bad wolt is not good company bla bla etc... let me tell you somethingi was working in the wolt for last 4 years but not anymore. they are not giving enough money to the couriers what couriers deserve. because everything is messed up when they decide to not giving shift hours and hire unlimited couriers.1) first of all they cut shifts hours. means courier will get paid only when he or she deliver the order otherwise nothing. they did this because they need unlimited couriers on roads all the time.2) they don't give any type of compensation to the courier. they played dirty tricks with wolt courier application.3) if courier is going to deliver 2 orders at same time then he will get paid for only 1 order delivery distance. for another order delivery! payment will go to wolt account. in simple words they are stealing couriers money. its tricky to understand but yes this is true and couriers know about this.4) they play videos on you tube and on other media that couriers can make 8 thousand or 9 thousand in month because they want as much as possible couriers on road without paying them any single centt. people leave their permanent jobs and start working food delivery with wolt. when the realize the advertisement was a trick! it was too late to get their permanent job back. 5) people don't know how they are playing with their mentality. they are keep fooling peoples specially who are working with wolt as courier.6) they don't pay any tax because they know the loopholesi will say they are biggest thief's of Finland. while working, courier loos their temper and they mess with the food and customers because this is all what they can do.Couriers are not happyRestaurant are not happyCustomers are not happyOnly Wolt Investors are happy because they are making millions
