Since taking over as our managing agent, Laura has steadily and effectively untangled several long-standing issues within our block. Her clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent reliability have brought much-needed clarity and direction to the way our building is managed. We now feel confident moving forward, knowing that the day-to-day and longer-term concerns are in capable hands.
We have a century old building with 8 flats so a small building. The service we receive is very good and Laura responsive to our needs. We successfully completed major roof works last year which required a significant amount of owner communication and contractor coordination.
terrible company that never get back to you when you call or email them!I have been chasing them for months now to find out when the lift will be fixed in my block and i keep getting fobbed off constantly!they keep lying saying it will be fixed yet it's been 8 months now!!!! stay well away from them!
Woodley and Associates is a property management company. The last invoice I had for them was dated 11th March 2024. The next payment was due in June, and despite emails from me to their team address and the Property Manager, they seem unable to create an invoice, and only send statements. In addition a Section 20 notice was sent out to Leaseholders on the 24th June, "and the proposal for funding, will be circulated, following the 30-day consultation period ending on 28.06.2024". Really impressive!!Appalling service.
