I have used Woodley & associates for the past few years to manage my rental and commercial portfolio. I’ve always found Tom honest, straightforward and efficient. Any issues with blocks and tenants have been managed with speed. Would highly recommend 10/10

They have been, by far, the best block management company I have dealt with following several bad experiences with other local companies. Woodley and Associates have been our property managers for the past few years now. We have recently had to have some work done to the roof of our block and Woodley's have managed the process very efficiently and professionally. They are clearly an experienced team and provide much better service than our previous property management team who we really struggled with.
Awful company that mess up everything they can’t even request service charges on time so then hit you with two within a month they never get back to emails or phone calls a shambles of a company and I will no longer be paying them a service charge as they do nothing
