Bought Wowcher. Order no. 50610100Spotify now not working, merchant saying it's Spotify, but it's not. The login details given are not recognised anymore after a week. Please refund, don't nit buy any deal on Wowcher as cannot get in touch or speak to anyone. They don't reply to their what's app page where they say they will get back to you in 24 hrs. If something goes wrong your struggling to get in touchUpdate: but it's still not resolved. Once resolved I will amend feedback
I purchased a luxury advent calendar from Wowcher and had an email saying I had a purchase code and a voucher code to redeem, but when I tried to redeem it, it says I haven’t purchased anything. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, I was told to message them on WhatsApp, which I did and told them what was happening and just kept getting so far then they cut of contact. I have tried everything i possibly can and they just won’t respond. I am very upset as it was for a gift and I can’t afford to loose that money. I feel like it’s a scam! so I will never trust them again and I would warn anyone not to buy from them.
Description on the site and after final booking were different leaving confusion and requiring more admin time to go through the chat process (as there is no DDI that can easily be found) in order to ascertain exactly what has been booked. This is one of those companies where you hope all goes well, if it doesn’t good luck getting any support. They are awful. They often oversell products only to give you the run around before giving you a refund. Don’t tell me to go in contact you via WhatsApp to get a refund on my order, as per your instructions I did exactly that and I haven’t heard anything in over 24 hours. I clearly designed scam to send people to WhatsApp to get a refund on a order that’s just been placed and told within moments that the order can’t be met, I’ll need to get to WhatsApp and have your bot send people round in circles in the hope I’m assuming that they give up and you just keep the money without providing the product.Update: That comment below is after 2 days of waiting and then finding an email address myself for customer services, email them on. Despite forwarding the email they sent me, asking me to get back to them requesting a refund 😳 rather than just a automated refund, they replied back asking for more information. That warranted the message below, not a actual refund to services they didn't supply and oversold.
Found a deal on Wowcher for 12 months of Spotify that seemed too good to be true... Turns out it was.After some deliberation I decided to trust that Wowcher wouldn't promote illigimate offers, and bought the product.The setup instructions were pretty dodgy, but I managed to gain access to a pre-paid Spotify account, which had been registered in India with a burner email address!A couple of days later I lost access to the, and the merchant emailed to inform me that Spotify had suspended a number of account.At that point I just wanted out, so requested a refund. No response.I still do not have access to the Spotify account, the merchant has not replied, and getting through to Wowcher is virtually impossible.This is the first time I have used Wowcher, and it's going to be my last; if it looks like a scam, swims like a scam, and quacks like a scam, then it's probably a scam.
