Can a real person from Wowcher contact me.I have received a refund but in the form of a credit to my Wowcher account.I asked for the refund to go back to my payment method. I do not wish to use Wowcher again.Because I used Clearpay I have still not finished paying so I have to make two more payments for something that has been cancelled. A credit to Wowcher does not help.
Don’t use Wowcher as they do not do any due diligence in the vendors they have on the website. I’ve been scammed by a vendor on Wowcher and Wowcher doesn’t think it’s important enough to respond to my complaints. No customer service to call. No response on the WhatsApp.
I ordered an Apple Watch from them…I paid in full at the time of ordering, paid through Apple Pay. Money taken from my bank. They keep asking for me to redeem my voucher, I have done so when I paid, but they keep asking me to redeem. If I do redeem I will have to pay again. So no…I just want the watch I ordered.they are worse than useless, I have sent screenshots of receipt, bank statements, everything I could. Their answer is Redeem your voucher..😡😡 what do I have to do to get either my watch or money back.. I fear I will receive neither…not happy but willing to take this further if I have to..
