I had made a mistake buying a voucher that l couldn't use in my home townI messaged wowcher and they were quick to respond giving me a choice of refund or voucher I chose the voucher as l have always been really pleased with their offers and look forward to using them again soon Highly reccomend them and their customer service is brilliant
SCAM! Bought voucher for software, price was clear and that’s what we paid. PDF “receipt” from supplier now asking for 25 times the original cost. Neither the supplier or Wowcher doing anything about it. How on earth Wowcher has achieved such success is baffling.
Bought a 1 year Spotify voucher from here and got sent some odd login details, like they were someone’s name and password. It worked for a few days then logged me out. I contacted the company I bought this on and the email bounced back so I contacted Wowcher and am still waiting for a response. I have also reported to the bank. I have been in constant chat with Wowcher on WhatsApp as per there contact instructions and no help. I can share the screenshots!
