Review Time
Bought 2 phones through wowcher (ordered 3 days ago 15.11.25), both cancelled by the supplier. Extremely difficult to speak / make contact with anyone in the company. I want a full refund back to my supplied method of payment, not credit or a voucher. I’m posting this in hopes of finally getting a proper investigation, resolution, & full refund. This is not acceptable customer service, and I don’t want anyone else to be put in this situation.
*SCAM* Purchased 12 months Spotify voucher. Email link sent got me to use a log in for a DrLisa5032@ ........ this sends me to an Indian site looks like a scam. Chatted with WhatsApp bot. Still waiting for customer service to contact me to resolve or refund. Keep clear of this site.
I ordered a handheld retro games console as a stocking filler.Received an email to say that it had been delivered, it wasnt I was in at the time.Unable to make any contact with Wowcher other than a bot on WhatApp and then they won’t do anything for 72 hours.Joined a Wowcher FB to find that I’m in the same boat as a lot of other people who have ordered the same product, allsaying item delivered and unable to contact Wowcher or get a refund.Tried again to contact them today only to get a message that there is an error so I can speak to the bot today !They then had the nerve to ask me to review the product.Wowcher if u would like to contact me please do as there is no way to make any contact with u.In my opinion this is a scam do not buy this product or buy any items from Wowcher.
Ordered an item with Wowcher and purchased an additional item . Neither have been delivered and Wowcher have been useless in assisting and despite trying to explain that both items haven't been delivered they couldn't seem to deal with it leaving me without the items and the cost . They were advert calanders so have now made it too late to get alternatives . Would not use again They have answered asking if I can provide more information but what more can I provide . I have given all the information and still not received the items x 2 or any refund . Disgusting , no help at all
I bought a xmas gift toy and redeemed a voucher . The toy has not been delivered and i cannot get through to wowcher customer services . Wowcher should vet there suppliers more carefully as the reviews for the company the toy is from are awful . So i dont think i am going to get the item at all.
