I spoke to Shareen at Wunda technical support, she was very patient, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and helped me deal with an issue I had for 4 days. She also informed me about the warranty I had and made provisions to send me a replacement. Excellent customer service from both Shareen and Wunda
I recently ordered our under floor heating from the Wunda Group and was really well looked after by Emily Andrews who was extremely help full and polite and efficient.I would definitely recommend this company they are extremely well organised. RegardsStephen.
Was having trouble programming the thermostat, called Wunda customer services.Received a callback from Angelo, first thing in the morning. He was more than happy to help!Went through the settings and helped program each thermostat, individually. A very happy customer 😀
Superb customer service. We just bought a house with wet Wunda UFH installed which we love. We wanted to add Wunda smart TRV valves to the remaining radiators. Ordered at 3pm and they arrived the next day. We then realised we needed adapters for the existing cable connections on a few radiators. The intuitive app identified what we needed, we rang the UK office as stated on the app, and they answered immediately. A real human! A really friendly one too! Talked me thru what I needed and they were delivered, at no cost, 12 hours later. Superb service, and a great product.
Wunda-ful company and customer service. It has been over nine years since my entire flat was fitted with Wunda hot-water underfloor heating, and recently, some attention is needed as the builders didn't pass documents or advice on regular service to me. Thankfully, the nice tech support people, including Luke and Dave, have been stellar with help despite it being nine years since my purchase! I'm so pleased I bought a Wunda UFH system. They really are fantastic.
Before I choosed Wunda system I checked other company but about good communication and.marketing i choosed Wunda.When I installed the all system found few issue:The first ussie was the blending valve what is was supplied with the pumpset is very poor quality and not was able blending the flow temperature at all, I mean if the boiler sent 55 the valve not was able to do anything about and sent into the pipe work 55. I issued for techical support team and them send the other valve same issue was. I spoken one of the best blending valve UK suplier and find out the valve some poor quality and if the flow rate low like for small room the valve not able to controll the temperature. I try to explain the Wunda tecnical team but they not much want to understanding. After I give up on them and spent about £220 for a other pump set and this problem was sorted the new pumpset was used Esbe blending valve what is controlled brilliantly the flow temperature.Secont problem I found is the boards is poor quality and under the pipe dont have a foil what is important to transfer the heat up.The last is the pipe looks good quality but not give out the heat well. The undefloor system delta T have to be between 7-11 and to reach the 6 have reduce the flow rate a lot. But if the flow rate reduced to much possibly you not get enough heat.I using the system now 2 years so I had a time find out what quality the product and what is the problem with the product.So I not recoment the Wunda supplier at all the product quality is below market avarage and if you spend 20% you can get much better product.Nothing was wrong with the installation, just to make cleare and You not blame on costumer the poor quality product fault. With the same installation just changed the pumpset the system worked right way. Regarding the boards if anyone checking the market can see other suplier board have foil in the pipe line so under the pipe and this way the board transfering the heat better.Just because other costumer not noticing issues is not mean the product is great.
The underfloor heating system in our recently built extension developed a fault on one loop. As the installers are not available I thought I'd have a look.I'm a roofer, I don't do pipework; the heating manifold looked baffling. However....Enter Luke at Wunda, and after one 'phone call and some email traffic over the day, we've (I say "we", I answered questions, Luke diagnosed!) established what the fault is, and how I can deal with it myself.Luke was superb, faultless. He explained everything clearly in a logical sequence, and detailed what I need to do to rectify the problem. Not only do I understand the mysterious manifold much better now, he's also given me the confidence to deal with it myself. Top Man!!Excellent service, highly recommended.
