Wundafloor provided an excellent solution to the problem of heating a 200 year old house with the minimum of drilling/hole cutting and radiator installation. Their prices were very competitive and the support that we received in planning and installation was first rate. The system is now installed and operating on both ground and first floor and is working better than we could have expected.

The actual product is good but the…

The actual product is good but the technical support is appalling . Haven't been able to ring for at least a month (number unavailable)tried emailing didn't get any response and now after needing a small replacement part which can go through a letterbox somebody has to stay at home to sign for itAfter the product was sold feel let down

Wunda have been very impressive right…

Wunda have been very impressive right through this process. Emma in the Sales department has been really helpful, responsive, well-informed and pleasant to deal with and I have had really good supporting information and reassurance in answer to my questions. The tech team were similarly helpful when I spoke to them a couple of times.I have also been impressed by the price and the speed at which they are able to provide the product, and even the delivery has been flexible and arranged to fit in with my overall project. Thank you!I can't yet comment on the efficacy of the product because it hasn't been installed yet, but so far, so good!

Amazing Customer Service - DIY Installation Pending

Really great experience with Wunda so far! Emma was excellent, very friendly and always on hand to answer our questions. We're doing the installation ourselves and Emma was very patient and helpful while we muddled through what we needed! We haven't installed the system as of yet (it arrived yesterday), but will try to remember to update this review once we've got it up and running...

Wundagroup have designed the underfloor system and its yet to be installed. The design process with Daisy Huff has been excellent, all queries have been resolved. Very impressed.
