1. Increase the transfer on other chains, such as BSC chain, TRC chain, etc. Digital currency wallets do not contain enough chains of ERC, and XAPO transfers are not convenient enough. 2. Please reduce the annual fee. $1,000 per year is too much. Adopt consumption target, deposit target strategy? Is there a detailed strategy for reducing the annual fee?
I opened my account in Australia and i was planning to use the debit card on my long travel across europe. I send the money to the account and waited for the card to arrive, it was taking long so i check with support why, and they told me that they dont have debit card for Australian users (they didn't said this in the whole process of the account set up).I ask to support if i could talk with a supervisor and they made me to book a video call (it wasn't a close date for that so i had to book for the next month) and when the date finally was close, i received a mail to postpone it because the account manager wasn't available.The app works great and im happy with that, but for a service that cost 1000 usd per year, you expect better communication about which services you are going to get and what not.And of course you expect a better support service.So i couldn't speak with my account manager (salvador) and i have money in the account but i cant use it because i dont have a debit card.
It works well as a payment system and I don't have many issues in receiving USDT or USDC. But if I receive any fiat payments, there's always an issue.I used to receive EUR in seconds, now no matter what I have to call in and they will confirm its in, tell me to wait 48 hours every time, and after 48 hours I need to start another chat for them to open a ticket and I receive it 5 days later.They refuse to open an investigation on why this happens and confirmed that I don't have any restrictions on the account.Support is a 5/10 experience at best. Slap a $1k yearly fee on this and it's not worth it by a long run.
My experience has been so go until now.The Bank issued the debit card and sent it to Argentina in less than a week!The app is easy-to-use, fast and reliable.Xapo deserves five stars!I´m just putting four because i am worried about the possibility that they will want to charge me 1000 USD in annual commission next year. If that happens, I'll delete the app forever.
