The service received from Michalis Christodoulou at XLENCE has been great. He provides catch-up calls every two weeks and answers questions on WhatsApp in between. I have learned a lot and am showing progress on the demo account. There is no pressure to move to a trading account until you are ready.
Not able to Withdraw funds....2 weeks and no resolve. Although customer support may be efficient, the IT dept have only just replied after 2 weeks. The reply I got was, "it seems the wallet you provided didnt pass the validation". I use a global reputable exchange that I have used many years and never had this problem EVER withdrawing into this wallet. IT did not advise further steps on how to validate the wallet, no instruction or explanation on how to fix the problem, IT dept did not advise that they will look further into it either. Not a very helpful IT dept AT ALL. Is this a scam ????? Never in all my years of crypto and trading have I come across problems with validation with the wallet on a huge reputable global scale. If no luck, I will be going to the authorites in your jurisdiction to make a formal complaint.....UPDATE.... 10 DAYS LATERThe response below, I have actually replied. I have also requested a withdrawal again and it got declined internally with no explanation, no email. I only know this result by logging into my xlence account checking the transaction.Funds were taken from my usdt wallet, it got declined days later and then appeared back in my usdt wallet again. !!!!!UPDATED!!!!!!RESOLVED .... after many emails, screenshots, video recordings, frustrations. It seems the person had accidently been declining mywithdraws internally. It was a digital wallet withdraw, once submitted for the 4th time, it cleared my wallet within an hour. Faith Restored!
deposited via bank transfer, you have to withdraw via the same method. upon withdrawl, get an error message. live chat supported, but have said i need to contact my bank to resolve when its a system error on there side! how one earth can my bank initiate a payment from there end. customer service was vague and rude. Avoid if you want your money back
Funny that at the beginning, I thought that this broker had its own web platform, but it turned out nothing new, just learned up and down MT4. I still prefer this version, because of the interface, it`s become a habit, I can`t do anything about this. It`s good that they still provide this platform, even though, in case they didn`t, I`d just do my analysis there, no doubts. But, this wasn`t the reason to trade with xlence… My decision to stay with them was more about trading conditions than the platform. It`s really for traders, I mean fair and transparent conditions, nothing odd, only deserved
