So I've been with xlence for over a year now and up till now been a great company, withdrawals always came on time until now as they keep declining it internaly even though my details have never changed, its been nealy 2 weeks now!!!! I'm giving them a couple more days then will involve financial conduct authority....RESOLVED withdrawal now paid
I have found that Xlence live up to their name so far. No issues funding, trading, or withdrawing so far. Their rep Michalis is a great asset to them and genuinely friendly and helpful - he offers advice and assistance with the account and due to his experience in the industry he is able to help with more generic questions, even if it not obviously for the benefit of his employer. Recommended.
Overall, my experience with Xlence has been overwhelmingly positive. The combination of outstanding customer service and Michalis Christodoulou's personalised guidance and training sessions has made my foray into forex trading much smoother than I anticipated. I look forward to continuing my trading journey with their support.
Great Trading platform, if you are looking for forex pairs. For stock might be limited a bit. Michalis Christodoulou is a great person, with lot of know-how, who's teaching me strategies for free and I already got in the last 2-3 month positive gains from it. Very happy about the experience with Xlence, and can only recommend it.
Very easy to open an account and to run it. What I was surprised with , I had alocated an account manager, which I can ask questions anytime. I had a few accounts on different brokers and also different account managers but never someone like Michalis Christodoulou.He is always answering your questions and never gives you the feeling that you are left on your own.Also he never missed an appointment or called you to late.This guy is really one of a kind
