XLence broker is an absolute scam! I earned $13,500, and instead of paying me, they suspended my account with no valid explanation. Their excuse? Apparently, “weak internet connection at home.” This is absurd and outrageous – it’s not the user’s fault if their platform can’t function properly.
Customer support is useless and dismissive, constantly shifting blame and refusing to resolve the issue. This broker does not respect clients, refuses to pay profits, and does everything to steal your money.
If you think investing with XLence is safe – think again. This is a classic scam, and I warn everyone to keep their money far away from them.
Bottom line: If you value your money and sanity, stay far away from XLence broker!

Regarding your answer on trustpilot - My account number is 628642 Milos Stevanovic email - I wrote to support and you will not solve the case. I want to submit everything to prove that it is not my fault, but you refuse to do so. I know that I am not guilty and I did not violate anything on purpose.
