Smooth onboarding with no issues. After a couple of weeks not doing great with my trading, I was contacted by Michalis and he's since been teaching me swing trading with follow up calls every couple of weeks. This really is invaluable and I've not found any other brokers which provide this level of help. On the Xlence demo account I now have a profitable strategy which I hope to finess before trying with real money in a few weeks time.
I have been having live sessions with Michalis for around 2 months now and the knoweledge and learning I have gained is so valuable, it has helped me to start to set up my own way of trading and given me insights on what to look for when opening positions. Michalis is greatto talk to and happy to help answer any questions I have!
At first, everything seemed smooth—deposit transactions were fast, and setting up the account was hassle-free. But that’s where the good experience ends.When it came to withdrawals, even for small amounts like USD 1,000, the process became painfully slow and frustrating. I reached out to support for help, only to be met with rude and unhelpful responses. Even worse, there’s no way to access your previous chat history—neither through email nor on your dashboard. It’s like they intentionally make it difficult to track communication.Unlike most modern platforms, Xlence is web-based only, with no app, which adds to the inconvenience.The final straw for me was when I tried to deposit again using the same card I had used for both previous deposits and withdrawals. This time, a support agent rejected the transaction because the name on the card didn't "match exactly". I don’t put my full legal name on every card—something that’s never been an issue with any other financial platform or online store. It’s unreasonable and inconsistent that they previously accepted the same card without issue.Overall, Xlence seems more interested in making deposits easy and withdrawals difficult, which is a major red flag. Avoid at all costs.9 Sep 2025:Reply to Xlence - I have emailed you the details and attached the email correspondence with your support.18 Sep 2025:I still haven’t received my funds, and instead of resolving the issue, Xlence keeps asking me to update my review. Not addressing customers’ problems is one thing, but trying to silence honest, negative feedback speaks volumes about your company.2 Jan 2026:After posting my honest review, Xlence made multiple attempts over a period of time to offer monetary compensation in exchange for taking this review down. When I declined and challenged for a higher compesation (on purpose), they reported my review to Trustpilot, claiming I was not a real customer. I submitted full evidence, including email records of these compensation offers, and my review has since been reinstated. This is a cautionary example of what you may have to go through when dealing with Xlence if issues arise.
As an amateur trader. The interface, team and services put together by Xlence have been amazing. The consistent catch-ups and mentoring of Michalis Christodoulou are not comparable. To new traders like me, don’t be too fast, get to know what you want and engage with the team to on any form of guidance.
The bad experience with Xlence is continuing!!!The big problem with the withdraw is still not been solved, I just get e-mails with the hint, that they work on it and that I have to be patient. No solution and no further support. Just put off and put off and put off. I can only warn everyone and advise against using xlence as your broker. Don't do it if you ever want your money back!Original text from Sept.08th:I have never had such bad experience with any company as with Xlence. No support at all, am always just kept waiting from one time to the next. No assistance at all. The withdrawal does not work. Seems to be an IT-issue, which can happen anywhere, I see. But instead of fixing it quickly and looking for a solution there is no service, no assistance. It's more than frustrating!!!! Despite many, many chats and e-mails from my side - one just feels left completely alone...... Absolutely not recommended, this platform!!!!!!!!!!
I’m pretty satisfied with the conditions and also with their IB program. Withdrawals are not instant, but they come in a fair time, no extra hassle. No complaints so far, trading conditions are fine. Profit gets paid without delays, same with IB payouts — no problems at all. For traders who trade in plus, this broker will work.
How is anyone using or considering this broker with repeat complaints of reversing profits Having experienced this myself please be carful and use another broker A red flag was when a random woman wats apped me and asked me if I was okay when I submitted a withdrawal Please protect you capital from non transparent brokers and approved by a tame regulator who doesn't care especially in the UK Hahaha fairness and transparency is not what you value or have you thieves
