I’ve been using Xlence for the last year and a half now and never had an issue. Deposits usually go in within half an hour, and any withdrawls seem to be in my bank within 48 hours. I’ve had some good help and information from Michalis, and he is always on the other end of the line when I need assistance. I would recommend Xlence to anyone that wants to start trading.
I am very satisfied with the broker and especially with my account manager Michalis Christodoulou.He resolves problems quickly and reliably, both with deposits and withdrawals. There is also a wide range of indicators available, which makes trading much easier.Suggestion for improvement:An integrated size calculator would be very helpful, so you can immediately see how much a Take Profit or Stop Loss is worth in money. At the moment, I always have to calculate this separately.Michalis is a very kind and patient account manager. At other brokers, I often experienced constant phone calls – and I hate talking on the phone, especially because it’s hardly possible due to my dogs.I understand that phone contact can feel more personal, but for me, it just doesn’t work.That’s why I really appreciate that Michalis is not pushy. Every beginner trader has their own style and pace to understand the basics – and with him, you never feel pressured. When you have questions, he always tries to help quickly.
As a new trader it’s really hard to understand how the market works I just wait for signals from people but thanks to Michalis Christodoulou I have the knowledge to analyse the market by myself now not there yet but with is guidance I will be there hopefully
Xlence is scam broker.I make profit when I try to withdraw my internal transfer stuck I try to connect they even not reply me after a time they suspended my account saying that you using arbitrage even I don't know that is this I ask proof they also not show that this is scam broker don't work with this broker they are not paying withdraw
I want to withdraw my money but there is no option to fill in your credit card number. So I contacted the support but they don't get it either.I tried to withdraw the money a few times but it declined always. Now I am waiting for an answer of the supportteam
Not even 1 star, the thieves accused me of illegal trading, which is a blatant lie and closed my account , took all my hardearned profits of 750 euro!!!IF any illegal trade was done, I like to hear which one and when and why. If I broke any law I'm willing to lose that trade profit. But not so with Xlence, they just decided to take ALL my trades and grap ALL the money!!!Taking them to court for sure don't ever begin any cooperation with these criminals, they'll rob you and leave you clueless as to what law you have broken. Below a copy of their email, no details no clarification on which trade and what was done wrong at all. Just a whole lot of text not explaining anything to the client why and how, they have committed theft of funds and will be on legal notice soon by our lawyers. If you read this as a client of Xlence, GET OUT ASAP.I'm in contact with other victims as well who had similar experiences and were robbed of greater amounts. We're joining forces to bring this corruption to court and expose them.AVOID THEM Dear Client, After conducting an investigation on the trading activity of your account, we have reached to the below conclusion: Your account was trading on price disparities with the purpose of benefiting from a possible pricing arbitrage to the Company's detriment. This comes as a violation of our Trading Terms and Conditions to which the Client has to comply with before opening an account with the Company. At this point we would like to draw your attention to Paragraph 7.22 and 32.4 of the Trading Terms and Conditions: 7.22 Internet, connectivity delays, and price feed errors sometimes create a situation where there is price latency on the Electronic Systems such that there is a disparity between the Company quoted prices and current market prices for short periods. Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that it shall not execute Transactions with the Company that rely on price latency arbitrage opportunities either by using additional functionalities/plug-ins (i.e. Expert Adviser, etc.) or by any other means. If the Client acts in contravention of this clause the Company reserves the right to (i) make corrections or adjustments to the relevant Transaction execution prices to reflect what would have occurred had there been no price latency arbitrage; and/or (ii) cancel all the relevant Transactions; and/or (iii) terminate without notice the Client’s Account with the Company; and/or (iv) charge an administration fee equal to 10% of the deposited funds, with the maximum charge set at $200 or deposit currency equivalent. 32.4 The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately without giving five (5) business days written notice, and the Company has the right to reverse and/or cancel all previous transactions on a Client’s account, in the following cases: (a) The Client involves the Company directly or indirectly in any type of fraud, in which it places the interests of the Company and/or the Company’s clients at risk prior to terminating this Agreement. (b) The Company have grounds to believe that the Client’s trading activity adversely affects in any manner the reliability and/or smooth operation and/or orderly functioning of the Trading Platform.It can be clearly seen that from the sample trading activity in the table below, when comparing the price of the executed trades with the prevailing market price at that time, there is significant price deviation in your favor.Having said the above, we will proceed with the below action:-Reverse any profits generated as a result of the breach of our Trading Terms and Conditions coming from account.
