Trading worked normally at first and I was able to make profits. When my profit reached around $40,000, I successfully withdrew about $2,500, which went through without issues. After that,the remaining balance was adjusted, but had some questions about the withdrawing methods and which of them in which situation can I use, which caused confusion and frustration. Support communication was ok, and the situation was handled in the end. Trading itself was fine, but account management and explanations could have been better. Overall, not a scam in my case, but definitely room for improvement.

I met Aikaterini S. on for customer service enquires being that I had trouble depositing with my Debit Card. We tried several times with my bank card and we then decided to use the Bank Transfer system instead. I did not know how to find the Sort Code being that it was a (UK to UK transfer) but she told me the Sort Code is in the IBAN and the transfer was done within minutes. She even tried to make sure this payment was fast tracked and told me that I would still get the 100% Bonus if I were to send to my GBP wallet then internally transfer it to my MT5 account. All of this is without my knowledge of payment transfers and the entire conversation was lovely and extremely professional.
