Now the worst provider!

Since yesss became a daughter company of A1 slowly things changed to the worse and now it is one of the worst services to buy!You get ripped off by automatic recharges of 5€ of 1gb ndata which you can't turn off. Getting your left over money costs fees, which eat it up, when changing your provider suddenly you are bound by a cancellation period and all that is 'written somewhere' but nowhere when you buy the sim. Just a 'conditions on our website'. Not transparent, especially because the conditions are affecting negatively the customer.The service doesn't work properly anyway, hence why i changed after a short re-try.I am in the middle of a metropol and there is sometimes no service. The internet is so slow, it's embarrassing. Even a regular call is not stable sometimes and because there is no service, people couldn't even reach me.They promise things only with conditions which they claim are written somewhere but not transparent.Topic internet: they say it is 'up to' a certain speed, so they can offer whatever.In my case it was under 50mbits sometimes and many times i only had an E or H connection. Generally it was under 90mbits and spotty.It's hidden fees, blocked topped up money, terrible service, not transparent, unfriendly customer service and all in all not worth your money.Once they were good. Now they are the worst.I do not recommend them.

Rather NOOOOO

Rather NOOOOO - Very opaque pricing. I had unusual costs which I could not see after asking several times. Maybe contract is better but with prepaid card you can only see the costs via the itemized bills of the last 3 months - which you have to download regularly yourself if you want to see into the past. In the end, it cost as much as a quality provider.

Very bad company

Very bad company. They hire only german speakers with 0 english and also very unpolite people. If you pay for your credit to charge your phone number, you pay but no credit, credit is the air....stupid company. I will never recomand them. Buy from others who treat you better.

The service does not deserve even 1…

The service does not deserve even 1 star. The connection is not good, every day I have problems with the connection. Recently I have received an offer for 200 minutes, 200 SMS and 200 MB for 2,99 euro for 1 month. I accepted it. It was far from correct service. They have stopped this 4 days earlier and I have used not more than 150 min. (I have controlled how long I speak) and few SMS, not to mention that all those things are if you use inland numbers even for the SMS-s. Now I receive SMS that this package will be renewed every month and they will take money from my account????!!!! This information, that the 200 package is for more than one month was never mentioned before. Now on the customer service telephone I have been told that this Package is not possible to discontinue with SMS, but only I need to give the PUK-code (conversation with the customer service assistant - did not said her name- on the 18.12.21 between 12,10 and 13,00 h. - 2 conversations). This is not the firs time I have been charged incorrectly, This have been happened before with the offer for 3 euro gratis when you upload your account with certain money to certain date. The customer service is just not functioning . If you are lucky enough to connect with operator this is usually after you wait minimum 15 minutes on the phone and then they ask you for your PUK code which is personal information and shouldn't be on display for any conversation, besides it is very unpractical to require this information for every little thing, as for example I wanted to be transferred from the tariff 9 cent per minute to the current 3,99 cent per minute and it was impossible although I have told them my current PIN-code and this tariff 9 cent per minute was expired for more than few years. Finally and surprisingly for me I am on the new tariff now. There is not a normal e-mail given in the contact section. As a summary bad quality of the telephone line, zero customer service, a lot of hidden expenses. Do I have a reason to continue to be client of Yesss? The only answer is NO.

The Yesss website does not allow you to…

The Yesss website does not allow you to load a pay-as-you-go SIM card online. Instead, you have to go and buy a voucher in a shop, which can be difficult. The phone support is generally unhelpful. I don't recommend this provider.

Incredible service

I have no words. Didn't think something like this is possible in central Europe..they don't have any clue, they are drawing over 300 eiuro from my account without supplying me with a working contract, and calls and mails they reply I'll get it refunded, 4 weeks later still no refunds.. incredible

Roaming doesn't work in any EU country

I double checked with customer service that I picked the right "package" to be entitled to roaming... but once I leave the country nobody can reach me and the internet isn't working either... happens in any EU country (tried in Greece, Hungary, Croatia)!!! I asked customer service for help (while I am in the country): They said, "it should work" and that I need to connect! Like if I haven't tried that. So the only option is to call them again once I am abroad, which is funny, because I won't be able to call them since my phone won't be working!
