CON ARTISTS! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! WARN ANY STAFF WHO TAKE CALLS TO NOT ENTERTAIN CONVERSATIONS!An unsolicited buy-one-get-one-free call was taken by our new receptionist who was covering during our break for October half-term. She was offered a "free sample" cartridge.After requesting to hear the original call back, the receptionist made it clear that she DOES NOT deal with the franking machine and so wouldn't know if we needed ink or not.The cold caller was then extremely pushy and repeatedly bamboozled our receptionist by speaking extremely quickly and using terms that made it seem like we were already a customer with them (which we aren't) and claiming we were due to re-order. They also repetitively mentioned it would be "one-eighty-one" which seemed like one pound eighty one pence, which would have been understandable for the postage cost but not one hundred and eighty one pounds for the product itself.On returning after the holiday we attempted to contact the company to return the items and were informed that they would arrange for someone from the credit control team to contact us to arrange the return. a week and a half later I received a call from Harry who informed me that we had already passed the 14 day returns deadline - we would have been within these days if he had called us when we requested it originally and in addition - the 14 days return window is not documented anywhere on their website / invoices / delivery note or policies.The delivery note the cost was over £190 and when the invoice eventually was sent, a month later, it stated £136. They don't even have consistency with the pricing.I have received calls from this company on a number of occasions and EVERY TIME they are asked to remove our details and opted out of calls from them yet the unsolicited calls continue!If you own a franking machine, please warn anyone who takes phone calls to just hang up. Their rudeness, morals and flawed ethics don't even warrant niceties.

Do not agree to anything with this company, even accepting free samples.

Avoid this company like the plague.Their MO is to cold call/telephone you and confuse any employee within your organisation by being pushy and very unclear with what they wish to offer. They are incredibly rude and will not accept no for an answer. They will push and bamboozle an employee, regardless of their purchasing status, into agreeing to something like a free sample just so that you can end the conversation with them. Then come the demands that you agreed to a 12 month supply contract that is tantamount to extortion given the prices. In our case: £160.00 for two franking cartridges.If you find yourself in the same boat as us, search for 'If you were misled or pressured into buying something you didn’t want' at Citizens Advice for instructions on how to report them and know your rights. I am presently contacting their bank (provided kindly in their bonkers invoice) to report a fraudulent business operation.I have spoken to them and informed them that they can send a paid returns notice for their products that we did not order and have not received one. They persist with aggressive, pushy and rude demands for payment.Avoid at all costs!!!Also, please note: their telephone number is an 0844 number. Thus you will be charged for calling them.If anyone finds themselves in the same situation please refer to UK law: Unsolicited Goods Act 1971 and Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 that state the consumer may keep unsolicited goods and consider them a gift to you.It also states that it is a criminal offence to engage in "Demanding immediate or deferred payment for or the return or safekeeping of products supplied by the trader, but not solicited by the consumer.Based on reply: My account of the actual events differs from the response from 'Your Franking'. We can beg to differ but my thoughts and account above remains unchanged other than the fact a returns label has now been issued and the goods sent back.
