We made a duplicate payment to Your Franking and once I contacted the company my issue was dealt with by return.The only small snag is that their telephone line is always busy so I resorted to contact by email

Pushy, and unprofessionalAfter being told firmly that we do not want their products, even though they stated that it was a regular order, they called whilst I took annual leave and persuaded an employee who had no knowledge of the company, that they were due to send a standard regular order and they would be sent within the next few days. They temp member was oblivious that they had already been told in no uncertain terms the products were not required. After numerous requests for call back we still await contact from them, invoice has been put on block and i have requested verbally on 3 occasions they collect the cartridges - the underhandedness of the sale absolutely infuriates me; i though the age of pushy underhanded and forceful sales was gone but clearly not with this company!!!

The products are usually a good price…

The products are usually a good price and are delivered promptly. I do however find it annoying when you are called constantly to ask if any products are needed even when I have asked to be called back some months later. But overall good service.
