Constant delivery issues

Ordered on the 13th, paid for fast delivery. Out for delivery on the 15th.....and thats it! Its now the 26th, yodel apparently tried to deliver (they didnt) and the tracking has stayed the same ever since. Now I haven't actually got a problem with the clothes, its the service. Despite numerous emails, I'm still none the wiser where my parcel is, I'm still out of pocket and yours just dont seem to care. I used to love this company but lately (due mainly to delivery issues, yodel) I'm put off buying. A shame really as the clothes are lovely!

Staff are very proactive when…

Staff are very proactive when collecting and returning items. Had the email confirmation of a refund before actually leaving the store and monies back into account within few days. Stock is more or less always available with great choice of colours and sizes

Company ignores it's customers

Yesterday I wanted to return 3 items from 2 different orders due to poor fit and quality. The system wanted me to pay for 2 returns and send them in separate parcels. This is logistically, environmentally and economically stupid. Their customer services provided an email. I emailed them they haven't replied. I tried to contact them again today using their live chat, they put me onto Yasmin the bot, eventually I got through to customer services who immediately told me they were very busy so I had to be patient. I was patient...for an hour. Then they cut me off. I went to their contact us page to complain, it didn't exist. You can't complain or contact this company.
