This is not against Yours it’s against Yodel. I don’t know why this company cannot deliver a product. The driver said that he attempt twice to deliver but when I went to the shop where he should have delivered, they never refused due to him not trying to deliver. Yodel did not want to know anything about this problem. From now on I will either have delivered to store or just go and buy from store.
It has now been exactly one week since customer service responded to my previous review, saying that they would contact me immediately to finally send me my return label after three (!) weeks. So far, no one has responded to my messages. What else do I have to do to return the items to you and get my money back?!
