Using Yodel for next day delivery is a ridiculous decision. My parcel got here late.Your customer service team who I reached out to for advice sent me a link to your delivery timescales page.I'm still waiting for a refund of the delivery charge.Clothes were fine but would've been better if they arrived in time for the event they were purchased for.

sizing seemed awry

Please note this review relates to the black handkerchief hem tunic which I recently purchased. The sizing seemed awry. Normally the 22-24 is a good fit but this time it was clingy and not suitable for purpose. I passed it on to a family member who normally wears an 18 or 20 and they said it felt tight and as if the item had been cut on bias and didn't lie straight . Very disappointing item
