EDIT: Just came to say, I bought it in 2024 again and it happened again!!!!!The sneakers arrived DIRTY and in the WRONG COLOR. DONT BUY VEJA SNEAKERS WITH THEM. We had to return them, leaving me without a gift for Christmas. All they offered (after I asked for a compensation for this horrible situation) was a 10% coupon. Interestingly, their website had a 15% coupon activated. This was the worst customer service experience.

scam with refunds

usually they refund money, but now for NIKE sneakers, they are saying the hold-up is with the bank. I checked with the bank, never received their refund. scam

Defected sneakers, Zalando offers to sell them to me for a little less money

I bought Adidas sneakers (110 EUR) which were wrongly sewn and because of it had a dent in the fabric where the toes are. The customer support offered to give me 30 EUR to keep the sneakers. I don't want to wear defected sneakers for 80 EUR. When I said I would return the sneakers and asked to get a 30EUR coupon instead, they refused of course.
