I recently purchased a Marvelous Slim portable machine and would highly recommend Zemits UK. Communication with the representative was excellent and quick. They answered all my questions, provided advice, and even gave me a few free gifts thanks to this person. The product is of very good quality.However, the biggest surprise was the after-sales support! I was very impressed with the access to online training, marketing materials, and the ability to ask questions about everything. I will definitely use this company's products again!
Received my device very quick. Manual of instruction, training and certificate provided, device seems very sturdy and reliable. Quality products. Very quick delivery and excellent communication. Happy with purchase. Tried the device on myself, I can say that it works great. Reccommend definately.
I have been having ongoing problems with the consumable jar that came with my vermits HD .Zemits warranty does not cover parts.I bought the machine from zemits less than 24 months ago and within this time the oxygen gun had a fault and I have had to pay to replace a jar used for the machine as it keeps cracking. I replaced the waste jar and paid again after having it for a few month's washing in in cold water only and it now has has cracks again The plastic material.is not durable I spent £4600 with zemits on equipment and am verry disappointed.
