My Ziip stopped working suddenly. It was within the warrenty window, and I submitted a support request. The responded very quickly, I verified the device would not turn on, and they sent me a return label to ship it back to them. Once I shipped the return, they shipped me a replacement which took 1 week to arrive. The replacement has been working great, and I very pleased with the service and the product.
Finally I got my device back! Couldn’t wait to continue my treatment. There was small issue with my first device and after connecting customer service it was replaced. Amazing customer service! Thank you! Regarding results- love my face! Swelling is gone, it’s lifted and I feel it on my temples. Recommend to all my friends! Better then Nu in terms of performance
I’ve been using the ZIIP GX for more than 5 years. I am 70 years young and I’m one of ZIIP!s greatest fans; I refuse to be without it. I do treatments 4 days per week for about 40 minutes each time. I typically purchase the Crystal gel, but will occasionally treat myself and purchase the Golden gel. Shipping is always speedy; another reason I like doing business with ZIIP Beauty.
