Shockingly bad. Is this company legitimate or dodgy? Not sure

After over an hour of trying to place an order I have given up. At each stage of the process there was an additional 'hidden' charge added. There even wanted to charge £2.99 to give me priority customer service to sort out any problems! £2.09 to pay via PayPal. (There was no way I was going to give them my card details). My personal data was wrong, but they wouldn't let me correct it. My order failed because they said they didn't have a record of my country, despite 'United Kingdom' showing very clearly in my address records. I clicked on the 'delete my account' link, but that led nowhere other than in a circle back to Customer Service options. They've lost an order worth over £60 and I'm worried about my personal data being held by a potentially 'dodgy' company. Do not use them.

Do not buy ANYTHING from Zoomalia -- EVER!

Zoomalia.nl, which I assumed was a Dutch company, sold me food that instantly made my cat extremely ill for two days.They refused to pick up the tainted food, and the only way for me to get a "refund" would be to ship the 20 kilograms of lousy food back to France at my own expense.I am now out 120 Euros plus veterinary costs, and I have to dispose of 20kg of dangerous cat food in the garbage.Grade = F & Zero-Star Reviews

Payment done. No product. No answer at all.

Unfortunately I can't say anything positive about Zoomalia for now. I’ve placed an order about a month ago and still haven’t received it. Worse, yesterday Zoomalia sent me a message saying the order had been cancelled due to lack of payment, witch I’ve sent proof twice, by email and msn. More than the order, the absence of response is what is really bothering me. It almost seams that Zoomalia is an online scheme. All messages that I’ve received until now are automatic. If there is a problem, at least talk to the customers to try to solve it. At the moment, the only thing I know for sure is that I placed and payed for an product that I still haven’t received and to an alleged company that does not answer any of my contacts.

One star because of missing package and poor customer care.

One star because of missing package, but mostly because of lack of interest and help from Zoomalia customer care. One month ago I placed my order at Zoomalia.nl. I still have not reveiced my package. It says it was sent the 16th of October. Of course this things can happen, but it is how you handle them that counts. I contacted zoomalia on all ways possible (you can still not call in the NL). It took them a week to reply. Once they replyed, and said they would look into it, they left me hanging and I still have no answer.
