Zopa asked for the honest review

Zopa offered me a card out of the blue I don’t do credit cards normally but I agreed to give it a go, they have been doing a good job with basically nothing I make the payments and they are not doing anything, I have not asked for anything and I don’t hear from them,apart from them asking for a a review, it’s the second time they asked me for a review so they wanted honesty here it is.

Hung Up On Me

Had questions the online help/app could not answer. Hence had to call. When the call was picked up it seemed like the person could not hear me, I could hear them they made no attempt to verify I was there before they hung up.
