I have used Yopa a couple of times and always found them to be extremely easy to deal with when going through the application process. They were fast in responding to the application and once approved the funds were in my bank within minutes :-)would highly recommend.
I'm generally wary of account/credit card companies treating customers as numbers, but with Zopa, I've found they aren't like that. They are friendlier and eager to help if amy problems arise. I love how they deliver their account card (I won't spoil the surprise) and their app is great too, everything you need in one place.I look forward to banking with them going forward.
