Poor customer service. Received a set of pajamas as a GIFT! They refused to exchange for the proper size. Complete Ripoff!After communications with Zumbamboo we have agreed to a good solution that I'm happy with. If anything I would encourage better communications but I'm happy with the outcome. The product we received was incredibly soft and we look forward to getting our replacement.

These pajamas are darling and unbelievably soft! My nephew just turned 3 and loved his construction-themed set — the colors and pattern are so fun. His older brother loved them too and now wants a pair. Great quality and excellent customer service as well!
If I could give this review a "0", I would! DO NOT BUY FROM ZUMBAMBOO!! I'm still waiting for my order and we are at 6 weeks, no tracking #, they can't tell me what shipping carrier they're using and I keep getting different stories/dates from their customer service person. Same person emailing, different excuses.
